1 Fryer - Cut Up Salt to Taste Pepper to Taste 2 Large Onions - Sliced 1/2 Cup Water
Place Chicken, Skin side down, in a non-stick skillet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place sliced Onions on top of chicken. Cover with a tight lid. Cook over low heat about 45 minutes to 1 hour No need for fat – will make it’s own juice.
