1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 can crab meat, drained
2 T flour
3 scallions, minced
1 egg, beaten
oil for deep fryer
Wonton Wrappers

Directions:
Directions:
Combine minced scallions with cream cheese, crab meat, and flour.

Beat egg in a small bowl and use this to brush edges of wonton wrappers before folding, this helps to keep them together.

Place a large spoonful of crab mixture in center of each wonton skin and brush edge with egg mixture. Fold over to form a triangle, them press edges together.

Heal oil to 350 degrees in a large, heavy bottomed pan.
