3/4 c. Bisquick Baking Mix
1/2 c. grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. paprika
2 -3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can (5 1/3 oz.) evaporated milk
1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix baking mix, cheese and paprika in a gallon plastic bag. Dip chicken into evaporated milk, coat with cheese mixture. Place chicken in ungreased rectangular pan, 13x9x2; drizzle chicken with butter. Bake for about 1 hour or until done.
