1 1/2 lbs. hamburg
1 med onion, chopped
1/3 cup Progresso italian Bread crumbs
1/2 cup dill pickle juice
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper


1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water
2 T. sugar
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
If you like it hot you can add 6 drops of bottled hot pepper sauce

Mix and shape into loaf pan. Cover with sauce and cokk at 350 for 1 hr. and 15 min basting often
