Ingredients:  
1 c. sugar
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. flour
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 c. melted unsalted butter
1/2 c. pecans/or walnuts
1 uncooked pie shell
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the first 3 ingredients. Mix eggs and butter and add to dry ingredients. Fold in nuts. Line bottom of uncooked pie shell with chocolate chips. Bake at 325 for 60-75 minutes or until knife stands up in it.
