Graham crackers, whole
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. graham crackers, crushed
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg beaten

Frosting:
2 c. powdered sugar
cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9" x 13" pan with whole graham crackers.
In a med. sauce pan combine the brown sugar, butter, crushed graham crackers, milk, coconut, walnuts, vanilla and beaten egg. Bring this mixture to a boil and cook until thick, about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour mixture over the lined pan of graham crackers and top with another layer of the whole graham crackers. Cool and frost with the frosting and cut into squares.

Frosting:
Mix the powdered sugar and vanilla with enough cream to make a medium glaze.
