1Lb. sausage (country style)
10 eggs beaten
1 tsp. salt
3 c. light cream
1 bunch green onions chopped
16 oz. day old bread cubed
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. Swiss cheese shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9"x13" pan. Brown the sausage and set aside. Cube the bread and put it in a large bowl. Beat the eggs and cream. Add sausage, shredded cheeses, and onions and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the bread with the rest of the ingredients and pour into the greased pan. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Bake for 1 hour at 350 in the morning.
