3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sweet cream
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vinegar

Enough flour to make a very soft dough. Drop into deep fat. Cook until they rise to the top.
