1 stick butter
2 1/2 c. sugar, divided
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
12 oz cream cheese
2 T. pineapple juice
fresh fruit(cherries, kiwi, strawberries,peaches, etc.)

Cream butter and 1 1/2 c. sugar. Add eggs and beat until fluffy. Add flour, cream of tartar, salt, and soda. Mix well. Press into pizza pans or cookie sheets. Bake at 375 for 10 min.
Combine cream cheese, 1 c. sugar and pineapple juice. Spread on crust. Cover with fruit.
