1 Can (20oz) Crushed Pineapple - Drained,
1 Can (20 oz) Chunk Pineapple - Drained,
2 Cans (11 oz) Mandarin Oranges,
1 Cup Sugar,
2 Tbls. Flour,
2 Eggs, Beaten,
1 1/4 C Pasta (Orzo or Alphabet pasta),
5 oz Mini Marshmallows,
8 Oz Tub Cool Whip

Directions:

Drain Pineapple reserving 1 3/4 C. of Liquid

Combine Juice, Sugar, Flour & Egg in a sauce pan. Cook over medium heat stirring for about 8-10 minutes, until thick. Set aside to cool.

Cook Pasta - set aside to cool

Combine cooled pasta, cooled sauce, pineapple, oranges, marshmallows and cool whip.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.
