1 lb fresh or frozen RAW Shrimp
1 egg
1 Tbl cornstarch
1 tsp dry white wine
1/2 tsp light or dark soy sauce
1/4 tsp salt

1/2 c flour
1/2 c water
3 Tbl cornstartch
1 Tbl veg oil
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Remboe Shells and devein. Mix first 5 ingredients, add shrimp, cover and refrigerate 10 min.
Heat Oil 375
Mix remaining ingredients. stir shrimp into batter, coat well: Fry 5 -6 shrimp 2 -3 min.
