2 cans fruit, Number 2 size (peach halves, apricots, pear halves, pineapple slices, etc...pear halves good with dobs of mincemeat in the centers, some others with cherries in the centers)
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. curry powder
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Drain fruit and arrange in a shallow baking dish. Mix sugar and curry powder and sprinkle over fruit. Dot with butter. Bake 20 minutes at 350

Especially good with chicken, turkey, pork roast and pot roast on rice.
