1 3/4 c flour
1/2 c sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1/2 c milk
1/3 c vegetable oil
1/2 c mashed ripe bananas
1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
1 c mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Combine the egg, milk, oil, banana and applesauce; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in the chips. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack.
