1 lb package of fresh cranberries
2 cups sugar
1/2 Brandy

Directions:
Directions:
Place cranberries on baking sheet. Do not crowd.
Cover with sugar.
Wrap lightly with foil cut 2 little holes in top
Bake 350 for 1 hour
Remove foil carefully and splash brandy over cranberried.
Ignite, stir till flame subside.
