2 pkgs. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
1/2 cup butter
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesean cheese (dairy, not dry)
1 jar (8 1/2 oz) artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
1/2 t. black pepper
1 T. seasoned breadcrumbs
1 T. fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach, drain. Combine butter & cream cheese in a saucepan, cook over low heat stirring constantly til butter melts. Combine cream cheese mixture w/spinach & artichoke, pepper & lemon juice. Place in a 1 1/2 qt. glass casserole & bake @ 325 for 30 minutes.
