3 c. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 c. hot water
1 pkg. (1 tbsp.) quick yeast
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/3 c. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Rub pizza pan with olive oil, then sprinkle with cornmeal. Spread dough out in pan, let rise for 10 minutes. Top with favorite topping and bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
