1 jar (11.5 oz) Pepperocinis

Put roast in crockpot, pour the Italian Dressing and the jar of peppers over the roast. Cook 8 hours on low.

This recipe has a distinct taste, a little spicy/hot, but delicious. Not a dish you would make every Sunday, but nice for a special flare occasionally. Jeremy - this may be a good way to fix a venison roast sometime.
