3 c. cooked rice 1 medium tomato chopped 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. Creamy Italian or Creamy Cucumber salad dressing 1 clove garlic minced (if desired) 1 avocado sliced and chopped 1 tbsp. lemon juice
After cooking rice I add the dressing and garlic. Chill untill ready to serve. Before serving add tomato, celery, and avocado (sprinkle with lemon juice).
