3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. crushed pineapple undrained

Directions:
Directions:
Cream eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients after they have been sifted. Add zucchini and pineapple. Pour into greased and floured 9x5x3 baking pans. Bake at 350 for 30-40 min. Toothpick should come out clean.
