Ingredients:  
1 package yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
4 c. flour
1 egg
course salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast and water in a large bowl. Allow the mix to sit until bubbles form. Add salt and sugar. Mix in flour and knead to make a soft, smooth dough. Immediately cut dough into small pieces. Roll into pencil sized sticks. Twists into pretzels. Place on cookie sheet(covered with foil and dusted with flour). Beat egg and lightly brush on top and sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake at 400║for 15 min.
