1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
16 oz. sauerkraut, rinse & squeeze dry
8 oz. shredded corned beef
16 oz. shredded Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine mayo & dressing. Spread sauerkraut into a 9x13 baking dish. Layer corned beef, Swiss cheese & mayo mixture on top of the sauerkraut. Bake 20-25 minutes.

Everyone know how much we Greenest love our kraut. We must have some German heritage! Unfortunately we don't have the good ole homemade kraut anymore, so do the best you can to find a good canned one (I like the Bavarian style) or I think Claussen makes one that you find in the meat/dairy section in a plastic bag.
