8 pieces of lean bacon, crispy & crumbled
1 8oz cream cheese
1/2 cup mayo
1 cup Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 cup Ritz crackers, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Let cream cheese soften. Cook bacon & drain on paper towels. Stir the cream cheese, mayo & Swiss cheese together. Crumble the bacon and add to the mixture. Spread in an 8x8 glass casserole dish & sprinkle the Ritz crackers over the top. Bake 20 minutes @ 350. Serve with tostitos or fritos. This recipe came to me from Tinya Bullington @ ETSU.

Swiss cheese is hard to grate at home, so try to find the pre-grated kind at the grocery (although it's hard to find). I double the recipe for a gathering. If you double the recipe, cook about 5 minutes longer.
