1 1/4 c flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 T. water
1 egg
1 egg white
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine water and next 3 ingredients; add to flour mix, stirring until well blended. It will be dry. Knead lightly 7 to 8 times. Shape into a 16 inch long roll and place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Flatten roll to 1 inch. Bake at 350 for 25 min. Remove and cool. Cut roll diagonally into 1/2 inch slices and place on cut sides. Reduce to 325 and bake for 15 min. Turn over and bake another 15 min. Remove and cool.
