4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 c chopped mandarin orange segments, well drained
1/4 tsp curry powder
4 tortilla
1/4 c sliced green onions
6oz thinly sliced cooked chicken
20-24 fresh spinach leaves

Directions:
Directions:
1. In bowl, combine cream cheese, oranges and curry powder; mix well.
2. Spread cream cheese mixture on tortilla. Sprinkle w/onions. Top w/chicken and spinach.
3 Roll up and wrap w/plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 8 hrs.
4. Cut roll into 1" slices
