1 pt. Yogurt
3 pt. Water
1-2 Green Chillies (adjust to taste)
1/2 in. Ginger (grated, again adjust to taste)
5-6 any fresh Citrus Leaves(lemon, lime, orange etc)
1/4 bunch Cilantro Leaves Chopped
1-2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
Salt to taste

1. Mix Yogurt & Water very well.
2. Mix all other ingredients.
3. Chill overnight.

Keeps you cool all day on a hot summer day!
