2 oz (1/2c) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c sliced pepperoni, finely chopped
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1 egg yolk
1 (8oz) can crescentr dinner rolls
1 egg white, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. In bowl, combine cheese, pepporoni, oregano and egg yolk; mix well.
2. Seperate dough into 4 rectangles. Firmly press perforations to seal. Spread each rectangle with about 3 tbsp pepperoni mixture.
3. Roll up each rectangle; pinch edges to seal. Cut each roll into 6 slices. Place cut side down on cookie sheet. Brush w/beaten egg white.
4. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 min or until golden brown
