1 C. + 2 T Sugar
1/4 c. + 3 1/2 T. Black Pepper
1/4 c. + 2 T. Garlic Powder
1/4 c. + 2 T. Accent
3 T. Paprika
` t. Cayenne Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients and put in quart jar: add holes to top. Sprinkle on ribs before cooking. Cook ribs on grill with top down (don't let fire get to hot). Turn ribs every hour. Sprinkle ribs with seasoning after the 2nd hour. Add more charcoal after the 3rd hour. After cooking for 3 hours start brushing the ribs with vinegar for the last hour.
