1 chicken, cooked and boned
4 T chicken fat
1 small onion
1 mango pepper
1 C tomatoes, cut up
2 t chili powder
1 C uncooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
After you catch that chicken, butcher it, cook it and bone it, brown the onion and pepper in the fat. Cook the rice in salted water and add it, the tomatoes and the chili powder to the chicken.

This is grandma Klick's recipe and was pasted in my notebook of recipes. I thought it would be interesting to have one of hers. She probably actually did butcher the chicken. I never did. The instructions are mine. Hers were very brief. I think it would be good on a hamburger bun.
