1 lb. beef sirloin
1 T. shortening
1 medium onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, or garlic salt
1(10 1/2oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 carton sour cream
2 T. catsup
2 T. worchestershire sauce
1 package noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat in 1/4 inch strips. Brown in hot shortening. Add onion and garlic; cook until onion is crisp-tender. Combine remaining ingredients, except noodles. Add to meat, heat through-but do not boil.

Serve over noodles.
