1 package taco mix
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 large onion chopped
1 can kidney beans (drained)
1 can refried beans
2 can enchilada sauce
12 flour tortillas
hot pepper to taste
grated cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
sour cream

Brown beef, add onions , beans, 1 can enchilada sauce, hot peppers and seasonings. Simmer about 30 min. Cover each tortilla with mix and 1 T. sour cream. Roll and fasten. Place side by side in pan. Pour remaining can of sauce overall. Place in 350 oven until cheese melts.
