2 C. white flour
1 pkg. yeast
3 T. sugar
3 T. nonfat dry mild
1 t. salt
1 C. hot water (125-130 F.)
3 T. vegetable oil
1 C. whole wheat flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine 1 C. wheat flour and 1 C. white flour, undissolved yeast, sugar, dry milk, and salt in a 1 gallon heavy-duty zip lock freezer bag.
2. Squeeze out air and seal bag. Shake all dry ingredients.
3. Add hot water and oil. Reseal bag.
4. Mix thoroughly.
5. Add flour until dough pulls away from the bag.
6. Knead 2-4 minutes.
7. Cover dough and let rest.
8. Roll dough, place in pan and let rise 20 minutes.
9. Bake in preheated oven at 365 for 25 minutes.
10. Remove from pan. Cool
