1 C. white Karo syrup 2/3 C. sugar 1/3 C. half & half dash of salt 1/2 t. vanilla 1/2 t. coconut extract 1 1/2 T. flour 2 C. Angel Flake coconut
Cook first 4 ingredients to soft-ball stage (236º) Remove from stove and add the vanilla, extract, and flour. Stir well then add 2 C. angel flake coconut. Put in 8X8 man and let cool. Cut in small squares and dip in chocolate. Put almond on top while chocolate is still wet.
