1/3 C. half & half
1/3 C. whipping cream
2 1/2 C dipping chocolate (melted)
mint flavoring 3 or 4 drops (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Scald half & half and cream. Cool to luke warm. Mix with chocolate and beat until light and airy. Put in greased 9X9 pan and leave until set. Cut in small squares and dip in dipping chocolate.
