1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. red pepper (cayenne)
3/4 tsp. white pepper
3/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
2 T. melted butter

Dip your choice of meat in the spice mixture. Cook in a pan with melted butter.
