5 eggs
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 9 inch unbaked pastry pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until fluffy. Add sugar and beat well. Add melted butter, evaporated milk, water, and vanilla extract. Add salt just before pouring mixture into pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake another 15 minutes.
