4 lbs. red potatoes, 1 1/2 lbs. cooked bacon. 1 c dill pickles, and 1 c minced onions.

Dressing: 1 c sour cream, 1 cup mayonnaise,1 T Dijon mustard, 1 tsp. horseradish, 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt, 1 1/2 tsp. dill weed.

Cook potatoes and dice, add chopped pickles and onion. Cook bacon till crisp then chop. Mix with the dressing. Salad should be quite moist with dressing. Use good Kosher dills, a lot of dill weed and garlic salt. Chill a couple of hours before serving.
