1 1/2 lbs. raw medium shrimp, cleaned and deveined, 1/2 c butter, 3 cloves garlic ,minced, 2 T fresh lemon jucie, 1/4 c white wine, 2 T parsley, chopped.

Directions:
Directions:
Place shrimp in a long baking dish. Melt butter, add garlic and lemon juice; pour over shrimp. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Pour wine over shrimp and bake 5 minutes longer. Serve in individual bowls, pour sauce over the shrimp and sprinkle with parsley.
