1 lb. mild chicken italian sausage. 1/4 lb. cooked ham. 4 T. buttet. 1/2 C. chopped fresh parsley. 3 eggs, well beaten. 1/2 C. grated parmasan cheese. Freshly ground black peper. 1/2 lb. spaghetti. salted water. Additional cheese for topping.

Cook spaghetti in lg. kettle of boiling salted water. Remove casings from sausage and crumble meat into a wide frying pan with 2 T. butter. Add half of ham and cook until sausagae is lightly browned. About 10 min. Stir in remaining ham. Drain pasta and add hot meat mixture. Add remainer butter and parsley, mix quickly to blend. At once, pour in eggs and quickly lift spaghetti to coat wll with egg. Sprinkle the 1/2 C. cheese and adash of pepper.
