4 c. Sugar
1 Stick Butter
2 Pkg. Semi Sweet Choc. Chips
1 Lg. Can Evaporated Milk
1 Pt. Marshmallow Cream
3 c. Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Sugar and milk, boil for 9 minutes stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients in large bowl. Pour cooked ingredients over mixture in bowl, mix well. Pour into shallow pan, cool and cut into squares.
