2 medium onions, sliced thin
2 T. oil
4 T. flour
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 lb. beef liver, cut in 1in. pieces
1 can tomato sauce
1 can mushroom pieces, drained

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium skillet, over medium heat, brown onions in oil and remove to paper towels to drain. In a paper or plastic bag mix flour and garlic salt and add liver, shake until well coated and place in skillet to brown well on all sides. Add tomato sauce, mushrooms and onions. Cover and simmer until sauce is hot, about 5 minutes.
