1 green pepper chopped
1 purple onion chopped
1 pkg of fresh cilantro- fresh is key
1 can of black beans drained and rinsed well
1 can of black eyed peas drained and rinsed
1 large can of diced tomatos
1 can of corn (optional)
1 8oz jar of italian dressing (wishbone works the best)
jalapenos optional and to taste
