1 4 oz Brie 1/8 c butter 1/2 cup walnuts 1/8 t cinnamon 1/16 t nutmeg 1 T honey Sliced apples or assorted crackers
Melt butter and stir in walnuts until coated. Stir in cinnamon and nutmeg until blended. Stir in honey and cook, stirring constantly two minutes or until mixture is bubbling. Pour over cheese in a baking pan and bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese has softened. Serve hot with apples or crackers.
