14 oz. sweetened shredded coconut. 14 oz. sweetened condesed milk. 1 t. almond extract. 2 extra lg. egg whites (room temp) 1/4 tsp. kosher salt. Marchino cherris cut in 1/4)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine coconut, milk, and almond in bowl. Whip egg shites and salt with electric mixer until firm. Add egg whites to coconut mixture. Using tsp. drop batter onto sheet pans lined with parchment paper. Add cherry on top. Bake 25-30 minutes until gold brown.
