6 lg. baking potatoes, 1 stick of butter, 2 C. sour cream. 1 lb. cooked shrimp. 1 C. sharp shredded cheese, salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Bake potatoes for at least 1 hour. In a lg. bowl, place 1 stick of butter. Remove potatoes from oven & slice top third of each potato. With spoon, scoop out inside of each potato into bowl. Mix, buttet, potato, sour cream, salt and pepper. once all is mixed, fold in cooked shrimp. Place mixture back into potato shell and bake for another 20-30 minutes. At the last 5-7 minutes add shredded cheese to top of each potato. Place back into oven until cheese is melted.
