3 C. cooked Rice
1 can (7oz) diced green chilies
3 C. sour cream

1 1b. Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients, then layer in a casserole dish the rice mixture and Monterey Jack cheese cut into 2 1/2 X 1 in. strips. Repeat layers. Make 350 for 20 min. Remove from oven. Top with 1/2 C. grated cheddar Cheese. Bake an additional 10 min.
