2 c. Pecan Halves
1 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Water
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet mix well all ingredients. Stir constantly over low heat until the pecans look like they have powder on them. Spread pecans on wax paper to cool. Once cool may be frozen.

Pecans can be roasted for 10 minutes at 350 F. BEFORE they are put in mixture.
