3 cups sweet potatoes, baked and mashed
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 t salt
3/4 cup margarine, melted
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 1/2 t vanilla
1/3 cup plain flour
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup pecan pieces
1/3 cup margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes, white sugar, eggs, salt, 3/4 cup margarine, milk and vanilla together and blend with an electric mixer until smooth. Pour into a buttered 2 quart dish and top with the mixture of flour, brown sugar, pecans and margarine. Bake at 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes until topping is crusty.
