1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 Roma diced tomato
2 - 3 pods of garlic minced
1/2 medium onion diced
6 - 8 slices of gacon, crisp and crumbled
1/4 - 1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. basil
1 can Hungry Jack Flaky Biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except biscuits
Spray a mini muffin pan wtih Pam
Peel each biscuit into 3 layers
Push one layer of biscuit into each muffin cup making a cup shape
Fill the cups with filling
Bake at 350 for 10 - 12 minutes
