1 pd feta cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c chopped basil
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 pkg (16 oz) frozen phillo sheets (thawed)
1/3 c butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease cookie sheet. Crumble cheese into small bowl; mash w/fork. Stir in eggs,basil and white pepper, mix well.
2. Cut phillo sheets lengthwise into 2 in strips. Cover w/plastic wrap, then with damp towel to keep them from drying out. Place 1 tsp cheese mixture on end of 1 strip. Fold strip over cheese mixture, and over end in triangular shape, to opposite end. Place on cookie sheet. Brush trangles lightly w/butter.
3. Bake 12-15 min or until puffed and golden brown. Serve warm
