1 1/2 pd cooked shrimp, thaw if frozen
1/4 cu soy sauce
2 tsp chopped gingerroot
1/4 c white vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp apple juice
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 or 3 med green onions, thinly sliced
(2-3 tbsp)

1. Arrange shrimp in a single layer container. Heat soy sauce to boiling. Stir in gingerroot; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered about 5 min. Stir in vinegar,sugar, apple juice and salt; pour over shrimp. Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hrs.
2. Remove shrimp from marinade; arrange on plate. Sprinkle with onions. Serve shrimp w/toothpicks.
